Goran’s Aged Cheese


Our aged cheese, we call Goran’s has a tart caprylic beginning with a dry finish suitable for big fruity red wines.

Our aged cheese is made only with milk produced on Fredrikson Farm. Goran’s is a pasteurized cheese that is aged for 6-12 months in our aging room. This aging process creates a natural rind with a nice tart caprylic start and ends with a dry finish. Very well paired with big fruity red wines.

We have been known to partner with local Maine breweries to create a beer wash rind, that is outstanding.
